Franklin County Resources

FCDA BR&E Program 
The Business Retention and Expansion program was created to provide needed business support and workforce development assistance to area industries. The program, which was funded by a TVA grant, has provided on-site training of industrial maintenance technicians. The Franklin County Development Authority received international recognition for the program from Business Retention and Expansion International.

Franklin County Human Resource Meeting 
The Franklin County Human Resource Advisory chapter holds regular meetings to address work-source issues. The meetings help companies find solutions to their workforce problems and help the county proactively respond to future workforce development needs.
